The Queen of Spin will be responsible for the management of an agreed number of social media posts, content or videos.  This will be a collaboration between the client and The Queen of Spin and will involve copywriting and posting copy approved by the client onto an agreed social media page or number of social media pages.

The Queen of Spin relies on the client in respect of the truth, accuracy and lawfulness of Social Media content provided to The Queen of Spin for the purpose of The Queen of Spin providing social media posts, public relations advice and/or consultancy services. The Queen of Spin takes no responsibility or warranty regarding the truth, accuracy or lawfulness of such content, this remains the responsibility of the client. In the event of The Queen of Spin being aware that the client’s Social Media content is in The Queen’s reasonable opinion to be unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, inappropriate or conflicts with The Queen’s PR Package conditions or services then The Queen of Spin reserves the right to terminate its agreement with the client and if deemed necessary to seek payment for services rendered up until the date of termination.
